Training and Assessment

All applicants, new or returning, are required to complete an online application form.

If you are successful at screening stage you will be invited to a group assessment. There may also be a one on one interview depending on which role you have been invited to assess for.

If you are offered a role to work on our NCS programme you will be required to attend training.

Where possible, training will take place in the local area where you will be working. Training dates will be sent to you after you have attended an assessment and details of the length of training will be confirmed with you at this stage.
