Only those currently following one or more of NCS The Challenge’s Staffing accounts on Social Media (including, but not limited to: Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn) are eligible to receive vouchers – “eligible entrants”.

For the avoidance of doubt, whilst we encourage the liking and sharing of content, only the original post creator is considered an “eligible entrant” – no duplicate posts will be eligible to receive vouchers.  

Eligible entrants must enter using the instructions sent out by The Challenge and must adhere to the terms and conditions of the competition, including all normal safeguarding policies. Under no circumstances are there to be any recognisable photos or names of young people in the programme included in entries. The young people on the programme cannot be mentioned in any posts and cannot feature in any of the photographs including the background of any of the photographs. Failure to comply with this rule could result in The Challenge commencing its disciplinary procedure against you and may ultimately result in your dismissal. We reserve the right to remove any media that violates this policy. For our social media best practice guidelines please see below.

Consent must be obtained for the use of photographs or videos of any individuals or members of staff who feature in entries. In consenting to feature in a competition entry, an individual is also consenting to their photograph or film being used in any future promotional or marketing material. This consent should ideally be given in writing.

In submitting an entry to this competition you are agreeing that your entry is your original work, is not defamatory or offensive in any way and does not infringe on any third party rights. All entries and any accompanying material submitted will become the property of The Challenge and will not be returned. By submitting your entry and any accompanying material, you agree to assign to The Challenge all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee and waive all moral rights in and to your competition entry. This includes any rights arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time under similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

We reserve the right to request the removal of any content entered under this competition that is contrary to the values of The Challenge and the NCS programme. We also reserve the right to disqualify any entrants from the competition.

There are a total of two (2) vouchers of varying value available and no more than one voucher per person can be claimed. Available voucher values: 1 x £100, 1 x £30, 1 x £20

Entries may be shared, liked, retweeted or posted by The Challenge at any time. Entries will be accepted until 30/09/2017. NCS The Challenge’s Central Staffing Department will decide the winners, the department’s decision will be final. The chosen winner in the text category will receive the £100 voucher. In the picture & video entries category, the winner will receive the £30 voucher.

Winners will be notified by email or social media message by 30/10/17

Vouchers will be dispatched within six (6) weeks of the competition closing date however we do reserve the right to delay sending vouchers if deemed necessary.

Vouchers are subject to availability and are at the discretion of our staff, who reserves the right to withhold vouchers in the event of suspected misconduct.

The start date for entries will be with the wave one commencement date, the closing date for all entries is midnight 30/09/17, however we reserve the right to change, cancel or extend the offer without prior notice. The closing date will not be changed unless we are forced to do so by circumstances outside our reasonable control, and if changed we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that all entrants who participated within the original terms and conditions are not disadvantaged.

All competition entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the competition however submitted content may still be used by The Challenge for promotional purposes.

By taking part in the competition, you agree to the use of your content, photos and videos in future promotion of NCS & The Challenge Seasonal Staffing.   

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.

The Challenge in no way endorses any of the posts or videos posted by entrants on their own private websites.
